Share what you paid

Only the total, the procedure, the month, and the region or country are required. Everything else is optional — but the itemised fees are what make this site useful, so add them if you still have the invoice.

What we do not ask for: your name, your ZIP code, your exact surgery date, or any photographs. Health details are a separate, optional section with its own permission and its own delete button.

What you had done

Pick the closest match. If you are not sure whether yours was a standard or extended tummy tuck, choose standard and mention it in the notes — the difference is whether the incision went around your sides.

This is the single most useful thing you can tell us. It is what lets someone compare a lower-belly-only result with a full 360.

Comma separated, e.g. “arm lift, breast lift”. Leave blank if it was just the one procedure. We exclude combined operations from single-procedure averages, so this keeps the data honest.

The money

Everything out of your pocket, in the currency above, including anesthesia, facility fees and garments. This is the only money field we require. Country pages also show a US dollar equivalent, using a published exchange rate. We store the amount in the currency you paid.

All optional. Even one or two helps — the gap between a surgeon fee and a total is the most useful number on this site.

Where and when

We do not ask for a city or ZIP code. A US region or a country is as precise as a price report gets.

Only if you are comfortable naming them. We review every named provider before publishing, and we publish prices, not complaints — if you had a bad experience, that belongs in a review site, not here.

Was it worth it?

Enter 0 if your surgeon did it at no charge.

This is the part people actually read. What was quoted versus what you paid, what you had to pay for separately, whether you would use the same surgeon again.

Optional: how you lost the weight

This is health information, so it gets its own permission and its own delete button. Your price report is published either way — skipping this section costs you nothing.

Permission and your delete link

Used only to send you the link to edit or delete this later, and once to check the submission is genuine. No marketing, ever. Required if you shared health details, so that you can exercise your right to delete them.
